PUN2 Error code -2 GetRegions failed what can i do?

Hello,

I've just recruited a unit project with PUN 2. However, if I belong to the master’s degree I will always get this error:

GetRegions failed. Regions list cannot be provided. ReturnCode: -2: Empty application ID

Can someone tell me how to fix it?
