Best practice for having a Photon Transform View parented under another Photon Transform View

I'm wondering if someone can help me understand how the Photon Transform View behaves when it is childed to another Photon Transform View.

For instance, if a hand is grabbing an object, what is the best practice? Do I simply enable/disable the object's Photon Transform View while it is childed?
